Quality Candy Co., Inc. is the only candy manufacturer who specializes in the foodservice industry. This means a focus on, and understanding of the foodservice business from the top down. Company founder and CEO, Pierre Redmond, started by supplying foodservice distributors in Los Angeles. This also means foodservice-specific innovation, the only innovation in candy directed specifically at the foodservice market.

We have been manufacturing candy since 1986 with the same personnel in the same city (we moved to newer, larger facilities across town in 1993). Our strategically located plant (just across the border from San Diego) allows us to buy US sugar on the world market as well as employ lower cost labor and pass the savings along. This results in product that is of 100% US origin, manufactured under US standards and management, but with world-competitive pricing.
