The Buddig "Traditional" line is available in 8 flavors (bulk or portion control).  Poultry and pork items are CN labeled. Items are thinly sliced and 90% lean. 

The "Premium" line offers 4 flavors with more of a whole-muscle profile.  All items are 90%-95% lean and MSG free.  Product is sliced 3 slices per ounce, which is thicker than the Buddig Traditional line.
