Bratwurst Tacos

Johnsonville Bratwurst Links, grilled |
|
6 Each

Flour Tortillas, 8” |
|
1 1/4 Cups
|
Monterey Jack Cheese, grated |
|
2 Cups
|
Iceberg Lettuce, shredded |
|
1 Each
|
Large Red Onion, finely chopped |
|
1 Each
|
Ripe Tomato, finely chopped |
|
|
Salsa: |
|
2 Each
|
Tomato, chopped |
|
1 Each
|
Jalapeño Peppers, chopped |
|
1 Tbsp.
|
Fresh Cilantro, chopped |
|
1 Each
|
Lime Juice, to taste |

Salt and Pepper |

|
Instructions:
- Grill bratwursts over warm coals until cooked
- Warm tortillas briefly on the grill until puffed
- For the Salsa:
- Mix together jalapeño peppers and tomatoes. Add chopped cilantro, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place one cooked bratwurst on each tortilla and top with some of the cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato.
- Top with salsa.
