English Bay Batter, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia is a leading manufacturer of Food Service, Private Label, and In-Store Bakery products and services. The company started in 1983 as a premier cookie dough and baked cookie manufacturer and has grown to a medium sized corporation with 8 manufacturing facilities.
English Bay Batter has accomplished a high standard of quality that has created a strong demand for our gourmet products. The Gourmet Cookie Line has won Best Cookie of Toronto, Vancouver and Phoenix. We won "Best of Show" and a Gold Medal at the American Tasting Institute for four consecutive years (1999 - 2002).
Our Research and Development is on-going, aiming to introduce new and exciting bakery products to complement our delectable cookie line. We are an aggressive, flexible company dedicated to satisfying customer needs and market demands. To meet the widening call for our products, English Bay Batter has manufacturing facilities and distribution centers in Eastern and Western Canada and in Eastern and Western United States. We have a Quality Assurance Program in place, are HACCP approved and are Kosher.
English Bay's main products are Pre-portioned Cookie Dough, 3lb, 8lb pails of Cookie Dough, Cookie Dough Chubs, Place N' Bake Cookie Dough, Seasonal Canisters, Baked Gourmet Cookies, Shelf-stable Cookies, Baked Holiday Cookies, Fruit Bars, Peanut Brittle, Graham Crumbs, Muffin and Pancake Mixes, Drink Mixes, Ice Tea Mix, Salad Dressings and Gourmet Fresh and Frozen Breads.
English Bay Batter is available for all distribution channels: Food Service, In-Store Bakeries, Private Label, C-Stores and Club Stores. We offer our own (English Bay Batter) brand, co-manufacturing, Private Label and blending opportunities.
